Can I have the hotel address?

Can I get weather information in Takasaki city?

We have four distinct seasons(spring, summer, autumn and winter) and each one of them has its charms.

Summer(from June to August ) : The average maximum temperature is about 30℃(86℉) and minimum temperature is about 20℃(68℉).
Winter(from December to February) : The average maximum temperature is about 10℃(50℉) and minimum temperature is about 3℃(37℉).

Snowing happens only once or twice in a year in Takasaki but there are many ski resorts in Gunma prefecture.

You can enjoy not only beautiful snow in winters but also amazing hot springs all year around.

Access and Parking

How do I get to the hotel from Narita Airport or Haneda Airport?

By train, bus or car. Walking distance from Takasaki station.

How long does it take from Takasaki station to the hotel on foot?

It takes 4 minutes to Logement Aile and 8 minutes to K&K House and Maison de Aile.

Is there car parking?

Yes. Parking is available at a location nearby.
Reservation is basically needed. If you need, contact us before your arrival.
Parking for K&K House and Maison de Aile are in front of each hotel.
Parking for Logement Aile is within 4 minutes on foot.
We will send a map and the specific parking stall number by e-mail prior to your arrival.
Please note that we are not responsible for accidents in the parking area.

How much is the parking fee?

500 yen per night
We will email you the detail of the payment method prior to your arrival.

Can I get some information about restaurants and sight-seeing spots around the hotel?

The area around our hotels is very convenient. There are many restaurants, shops and department stores near Takasaki station.

Reservation

Can I make a reservation by phone or e-mail directly?

Sorry, we do not accept reservations by phone and e-mail directly.
Reservations are made only through Airbnb or Rakuten Travel.

Can I make payment for the hotel charges by cash?

Payment only by credit card on Airbnb or Rakuten Travel
when you made the reservation.

Can I change or cancel my reservation by e-mail?

Please make changes or cancellations where you originally made your reservation.
If you need a help to do that, please contact us.

Can you put me on the waiting list if the room is occupied?

Sorry, no.

What is the cancellation policy for online reservations?

Please confirm cancellation policy with your reservation website, Airbnb or Rakuten Travel.
Note that cancellation fees may be different between Airbnb and Rakuten Travel.

Is smoking allowed in the room?

All rooms are non-smoking.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is 10am.

Can I change my check-in time?

Yes. If you will check in before 10pm, notification not needed.
Please contact us if your arrival time will be after 10 pm.

Is late check-out possible?

Yes, but it depends on the next guest’s reservation. Please contact us by e-mail.
If you wish to extend the check-out time, extra charges are required.
From 10am to 12pm: 1,000 yen per hour(tax included)
After 12pm; an additional fee equal to the full room rate (Only if the room is vacant on the day)

Is there Wi-Fi connection in the room?

Wi-Fi connection is available in all rooms and is free of charge.
Access information is located on the table. Select “SSID” and enter the password.

Can I stay in the room in the daytime during my consecutive stay?

Yes. Please use the room freely.
When you need to change towels and sheets, contact us by e-mail.

Can I store my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

Yes, but it depends on your lodging dates and time. Please contact us.
Coin-operated lockers are available at Takasaki station.

What are the room amenities?

Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap/Toothbrush and Toothpaste
Towels/ Hair dryer etc. Bathrobes and pajamas are not provided.

Can I order food delivery to my room?

Yes. For details, please refer to page [Access and Vicinity Map].

Can I send items from the hotel?

You can send your items through Yamato Delivery Service Center, located near the hotel. (Domestic shipment only.)
Delivery overseas should be sent by EMS at Japan Post.(EMS is the fastest international mail service for sending up to 30 kg of documents and merchandise simply and conveniently to over 120 countries and territories worldwide.)

What should I prepare for cooking in the room?

The room has a complete kitchen.
